Ben had different roles throughout this project. First, while at SHAPE Architecture, as project architect from initial concept design through to building permit submission and IFT. Next, while at Creo Developments, as a development manager, from tendering, throughout construction and final occupancy.

Morrison on the Park consists of 63 ground oriented stacked townhomes over two levels of underground parking and storage. The project was built on an assembly of six single-family homes in the Moodyville Neighbourhood of North Vancouver and boast a natural material pallette of stained cedar siding and local stone cladding from Vancouver Island.
