The original home was a 1950’s bungalow. In 1973, an architect from Arthur Erickson’s office was commissioned to convert the dwelling into a 2 level, mid-century post and beam style home which gave the home its unique mid-century vibe.

This renovation in 2020 brought the home back to life for a young family of 4. The interior of the home was entirely replaced with a contemporary upgrade and the detached garage was converted into an office with guest accommodation.
