Ben had different roles throughout this project. First, while at SHAPE Architecture, as part of the architectural team throughout construction, visiting the site regularly and assisting with construction administration duties. Next, while at Creo Developments, as a development manager, from final occupancy and deficiencies through homeowner care and warranty.

The Morrison consists of 40 ground oriented stacked townhomes over one level of underground parking and storage. The project was built on an assembly of five single-family homes in the Moodyville Neighbourhood of North Vancouver and is arranged in 5 buildings surrounding a central communal courtyard.
