This project represents a milestone for Polyform Architecture. In collaboration with our sister company, Izari Development, our team is taking an architect/developer approach to creating this exciting project.

Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Tuxedo Park, Calgary, Alberta, this five (5) unit townhouse development features family oriented 3 and 4 bedroom homes each with their own private garage and generous outdoor space.

The RC-G zoning allowed for density up to 10 total dwelling units. Rather than maximizing the density, we consciously omitted basement suites in order to create long term community and value for the residents. Instead, basements are included in the primary dwellings to allow families to grow, share and develop the community.

In a market where good design can go a long way, this project seeks to leave it’s mark by maximizing value through well thought out floor plans, increased ceiling heights and a sleek contemporary exterior.
