A prototype for the new draft zoning bylaw within the City of North Vancouver. This four (4) unit development, tailored to a standard 50’x140’ city lot, features family oriented 3 and 4 bedroom homes demonstrating how our approach can maximize livability through a thoughtful floor plan and unit arrangement and provide similar amenities to that of entry level single family homes (private outdoor space, ample storage, dedicated parking, and family-oriented layout). The target market are those seeking more space and outdoor living compared to townhouses or apartments and value the asset of new construction, including compliance with current building codes and modern energy-efficiency standards.
